On May 30, 2023, the iOS and Google Play versions of Riptide GP2 switch to a free to play, ad-supported model. There is an in-app purchase (IAP) called "Premium Mode" which switches off the ads and returns the game to the way it was before the switch to free.
If you previously owned Riptide GP2 when it was a paid game, you should be auto-granted the Premium Mode IAP, and your game experience will remain unchanged. The Premium Mode IAP costs the same as the old paid price of Riptide GP2 ($2.99). For this reason, we are not offering refunds to players who purchased the game before the switch to free. But we do really appreciate your support! It's players like you who make it possible for us to continue making and updating these games.
If you previously purchased the paid version of Riptide GP2 and you do not receive the Premium Mode IAP automatically, please contact support@vectorunit.com. Please include a copy or screenshot of your original purchase receipt, or if you are on Google Play, you can send the email address of your Google Play Store account. We can help you.
