I secured my account with an email address but don't see where to sign in!

You can sign into your account BEFORE you start a new game (on the first screen), or you can sign in AFTER you finish the tutorial "Tryouts". But during the "Tryouts", you can't sign in. So finish the tryouts, and then you'll see an option to Manage Account. Click "Switch Account" and put in your credentials.
