If I buy Riptide GP: Renegade on Win10, will I also get it on Xbox One?

Unfortunately Microsoft does not yet support crossbuy for third party titles like ours. So unfortunately not -- although you WILL be able to cross play with Xbox/Win10, and your Achievements and game progress carry across.
