If I purchase the game on Apple TV, will I also get it on my iPhone/iPad?

Yes!  The game is single purchase, so you can play on any other device which shares the same iTunes account. Make sure you are signed into the same iCloud account (and they are all set to ON) for your progress to sync across devices. 

Sign into GameCenter to have your Achievements carry across.
